Occupational English Test

the exam has been specifically designed to cover 12 healthcare professions including Occupational Therapy, Dentistry, Nursing, Radiography, Veterinary Science, Medicine, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Podiatry, Pharmacy, and Optometry.

Healthcare professionals, who are looking to work or study in the healthcare sector in their native English-speaking country, are required to take the OET exam. The exam assesses all four language skills i.e. Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, using test materials that reflect their competency in the English language to deliver superior healthcare.

The Listening section is divided into 3 parts that test the candidates listening capabilities on healthcare-related spoken materials such as patient consultations etc.
Reading
60 minutes
The Reading section is divided into 3 parts that test the candidates reading capabilities on healthcare subject.
